With a deep passion for nurturing young minds, Neelima brings over 5 years of childcare experience and dedication to Sparkle Tots Montessori Home Daycare. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from UCLA and a master's degree in business administration, combining child development knowledge with thoughtful organization and communication.
Having worked for 5 years in a leading childcare center, Neelima has hands-on experience creating enriching, safe, and stimulating environments for children. She is also the proud mother of a wonderful 12-year-old daughter, giving her a personal and heartfelt understanding of a child's needs, milestones, and daily emotions.
As a fully immunized caregiver, Neelima is committed to providing a healthy, secure, and loving space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Her natural ability to connect with children and her joy in guiding their curiosity are the foundation of Sparkle Tots' caring environment.
